Notice is hereby given that RESPONSES TO THE RFP FOR DESIGN-BUILD SERVICES
IN ACCORDANCE WITH N.J.S.A 40A:11-53 et seq. and N.J.A.C 5:34-10 et seq. FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW BAYONNE VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BAYONNE, NEW JERSEY will be received by the Hudson County Improvement Authority (HCIA) at its Administrative Offices, 830 Bergen Avenue, 9th Floor, Jersey City, New Jersey 07306 on January 10, 2023 at 11:00 a.m.
The submissions will be opened shortly after 11:00 A.M. at which time the names of the respondents will be read aloud via ZoomGov

In accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq., (the “Act”) the Hudson County Improvement Authority (the “Authority”) next Regularly Scheduled Monthly meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at 5:30 pm. Due to the State of Emergency and continuing considerations and public health guidance on congregating indoors, the meeting will be conducted via the ZoomGov virtual meeting service at the scheduled date and time. The Authority’s board room located at 830 Bergen Avenue, 9th Floor, Jersey City, will not be open to the public for the meeting.
