This ADDENDUM NO. 2 is to provide potential Bidders with an UPDATED APPENDIX C – the form of Project Labor Agreement -   which will govern the Agreement between the Hudson County Improvement Authority (the “Authority”) and the Successful Bidder regarding the Authority’s Request for Bids for Construction of a Consumer Choice Pantry located at 685-689 Broadway Avenue, Bayonne, New Jersey. See attached.

VIRTUAL PRE-BID MEETING: A Virtual Pre-Bid Meeting regarding the Request For Bids (the ”RFB”) titled “Construction of a Consumer Choice Pantry located at 685-689 Broadway, Bayonne, N.J.” will be held on December 23, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.  A link to register for the Pre-Bid Meeting will be sent via email to those entities that provided their email address when they obtain a copy of the RFB.
