Please be advised that a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held virtually on Zoom and hosted from the HCIA’s Administrative Offices on July 9, 2025 at 1:00 p.m in connection with the HCIA’s procurement of solid waste disposal services. Notice is hereby given that a telephonic public hearing, as required by Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”),  will be held by the Hudson County Improvement Authority (the “Authority”) on July 9, 2025 for the purpose of providing a reasonable opportunity for interested persons to express their views both orally and in writing on the proposed issuance by the Authority of Charter School Revenue Bonds (Canal Crossing Charter School Campus Project), Series 2025 in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $185,000,000 (the “Bonds”). The hearing will commence at 9:30 a.m. EST, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard and will be held via toll free telephonic means accessible to the general public as described below.

In accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq., (the “Act”) the Hudson County Improvement Authority (the “Authority”) the Regularly Scheduled Monthly Meeting pursuant to the Authority’s Schedule of Meetings will be held on Wednesday July 9, 2025 at 5:30 pm. The meeting will conducted and open to the public via the ZoomGov virtual meeting service and will be hosted and also open to the public in the Authority’s board room located at 830 Bergen Avenue, 9th Floor, Jersey City.
