Notice is hereby given that RESPONSES TO THE RFQ FOR DESIGN-BUILD SERVICES IN ACCORDANCE WITH N.J.S.A 40A:11-53 et seq. and N.J.A.C 5:34-10 et seq. FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW BAYONNE VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BAYONNE, NEW JERSEY will be received by the Hudson County Improvement Authority (HCIA) at its Administrative Offices, 830 Bergen Avenue, 9th Floor, Jersey City, New Jersey 07306 on August 25, 2022 at 2:00 p.m.
In accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq., (the “Act”) the Hudson County Improvement Authority (the “Authority”) next Regularly Scheduled Monthly meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at 5:30 pm. Due to the State of Emergency and continuing considerations and public health guidance on congregating indoors due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the meeting will be conducted via the ZoomGov virtual meeting service at the scheduled date and time. The Authority’s board room located at 830 Bergen Avenue, 9th Floor, Jersey City, will not be open to the public for the meeting.

The Opening of Submissions received by the Hudson County Improvement Authority (the “Authority”) pursuant to a Request for Qualifications for Legal & Non-Legal Professional services is scheduled for Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at 11:15 am and will be conducted via the ZoomGov virtual webinar service at the scheduled date and time. The Authority’s offices and board room located at 830 Bergen Avenue, 9th Floor, Jersey City, will be closed to respondents and the public for the opening due to the continuing State of Emergency regarding COVID-19 and related health and safety protocols.
