The Regular Board Meeting of the Hudson County Improvement Authority previously scheduled for Wednesday, March 10, 2021 has been changed to: Thursday, March 18, 2021 at 5:30 p.m.

Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:4-1 et seq., known as the Open Public Meetings Act (the Act), the Board of Commissioners (the Board) of the Hudson County Improvement Authority (the Authority) has previously published and disseminated to the public a schedule of regular meetings to be held during the calendar year 2021-2022.

The Authority has revised the schedule for the March Regular Meeting to now occur on a new date, Thursday, March 18, 2021 at 5:30 P.M. The remaining schedule of regular meetings will be conducted at the time and place previously published and disseminated to the public.

In accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq., due to the State of Emergency regarding COVID-19 (coronavirus), the Regular Meeting of the Hudson County Improvement Authority (the “Authority”) scheduled for Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at 5:30 pm will be conducted via the Zoom virtual meeting service at the scheduled date and time.
