The Hudson County Board of Commissioners (the “County”) has designated the Hudson County Improvement Authority (the “Authority”) as the Implementing Agency for the Hudson County Solid Waste Management Plan (the “County Plan”) and the Authority has been charged with implementing, updating and amending the County Plan from time to time.
In accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq., (the “Act”) the Hudson County Improvement Authority (the “Authority”) Regularly Scheduled Monthly Meeting pursuant to the Authority’s Schedule of Meetings will be held on Wednesday August 14, 2024 at 5:30 pm. The meeting will conducted and open to the public via the ZoomGov virtual meeting service and will be hosted and also open to the public in the Authority’s board room located at 830 Bergen Avenue, 9th Floor, Jersey City.
