In accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq., (the “Act”) the Hudson County Improvement Authority (the “Authority”) next Regularly Scheduled Monthly meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at 5:30 pm. Due to the State of Emergency and continuing considerations and public health guidance on congregating indoors, the meeting will be conducted via the ZoomGov virtual meeting service at the scheduled date and time. The Authority’s board room located at 830 Bergen Avenue, 9th Floor, Jersey City, will not be open to the public for the meeting.

TAKE NOTICE, that a Special Board Meeting of the Hudson County Improvement Authority (the Authority) has been scheduled for Wednesday, September 28, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-1 et seq. Due to the ongoing State of Emergency and evolving health and safety guidance regarding COVID-19, the Authority’s Board Meeting Room located at 830 Bergen Avenue – 9th Floor, Jersey City, New Jersey remains closed to the public.

The meeting will be conducted remotely, via ZOOM virtual meeting technology. The public is directed to the Authority’s Website at: www.hcia.org for live public access to the meeting audio and video stream and directions for public comment.
