In accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq., (the “Act”) the Hudson County Improvement Authority (the “Authority”) Regularly Scheduled Monthly meeting pursuant to the Revised Schedule of Meetings will be held on Thursday, September 7, 2023 at 5:30 pm. The meeting will conducted and open to the public via the ZoomGov virtual meeting service and will be hosted from the Authority’s board room located at 830 Bergen Avenue, 9th Floor, Jersey City.

If you are a member of the public and wish to participate in the opportunity for public comment at the start of the Regular Monthly meeting, the following are instructions to join the virtual meeting via Zoom Audio:
- Join the meeting using Zoom Audio. Participants can “raise their hand” by clicking an icon that will appear on the screen if they wish to comment at the start of the meeting.
- All microphones of public speakers will be muted except during the public comment portion of the meeting. The moderator will recognize any public participant who has clicked the “Raise Hand” icon. When you hear your name announced during the public comment portion of the meeting, you may address the Commissioners. After a speaker’s time expires, that individual’s microphone will again be muted. Each public user will have the capability to participate via audio only. Members of the public who wish to speak in the public portions if using the telephone number option may notify the moderator by pressing “*9”.
The Authority policy is to hear public comment on all agenda items at the start of the meeting. A copy of the meeting agenda may be found on the Authority website.
