NOTICE TO PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS

For 685-689 Broadway Building Demolition, Site Preparation and Remediation Services, Bayonne, New Jersey

Please be advised that due to a building wide power failure, the administrative offices of the Hudson County Improvement Authority (the “Authority”), 830 Bergen Avenue, Jersey City, New Jersey 07306, have been closed since Monday, April 14, 2025, and will remain closed for the rest of the week.

Therefore, the package of “Bid Specifications for the provision of Demolition, Site Preparation and Remediation Services for 685-689 Broadway located in the City of Bayonne” (the “Bid Package”), will not be available for pick up at the Authority offices or for download via the Authority’s website on the originally advertised and noticed date of Wednesday, April 16, 2025.

The Authority regrets any inconvenience and intends to readvertise and post a new Notice of Bid with new dates for Issuance of the Bid Package and for Submission of Bids shortly.
