TO: POTENTIAL BIDDERS
This ADDENDUM NO. 2 is to provide potential Bidders with an UPDATED APPENDIX C – the form of Project Labor Agreement - which will govern the Agreement between the Hudson County Improvement Authority (the “Authority”) and the Successful Bidder regarding the Authority’s Request for Bids for Construction of a Consumer Choice Pantry located at 685-689 Broadway Avenue, Bayonne, New Jersey. See attached.
The UPDATED APPENDIX C supersedes the current Appendix C in its entirety.
In addition, an UPDATED EXHIBIT G-4 – Project Labor Agreement Letter of Assent is being provided as part of this ADDENDUM NO. 2. See attached.
The UPDATED EXHIBIT G-4 replaces the current Exhibit G-4 in its entirety.
Lastly, this ADDENDUM NO 2 extends the Bid Submission Due Date from January 22, 2026 @ 11:00 a.m. to January 23, 2026 @ 11: 00 a.m. Bids must be delivered on or before the Due Date to:
