The Opening of New Sealed Final Price Proposals received in response to the Request for Proposals for a Design-Build Developer of Hudson County Guarini Justice Complex by the Hudson County Improvement Authority (the “Authority”) and pursuant to Authority Resolution No. 8-2020-3SBM is scheduled for Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at 11:00 am and will be conducted via the Zoom virtual webinar service at the scheduled date and time. The Authority’s offices and board room located at 830 Bergen Avenue, 9th Floor, Jersey City, will be closed to respondents and the public for the opening due to the continuing State of Emergency regarding COVID-19 and related health and safety protocols. Respondents and the public may view the opening by following these instructions:
