PUBLIC NOTICE
REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS:
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AND RELATED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
The Hudson County Improvement Authority (the “Authority”) hereby issues a Request For Qualifications: Chief Financial Officer and Related Professional Services. (the “RFQ-CFO”) with statements of qualifications by applicants for engagement to provide such services:
Responses pursuant to this RFQ should address the general criteria and mandatory minimum criteria for the position sought. All responses will be treated as confidential and reviewed only by the governing body, unless otherwise required by law. Responses must be received at the offices of the Hudson County Improvement Authority, 830 Bergen Avenue, 9th Floor, Jersey City, New Jersey 07306 Attn: Norman M. Guerra, no later than 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 24, 2025. All responses shall be opened in the Authority’s Board Room and announced publicly by the Chief Executive Officer or his representative. Responses will be reviewed by a Review Committee and all appointments will be announced at a public meeting. Unless otherwise noted, appointments shall be for a one-year period and subject to the execution of an appropriate contract.

Though Qualifications Statements may be submitted by mail or other courier service, the Authority takes no responsibility for the loss, non-delivery or physical condition of the Qualification Statements so sent.
The RFQ-CFO is being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20 et. seq.
