The Hudson County Improvement Authority (the “Authority”) hereby solicits statements of qualification for applicants for appointment to the following professional positions:
- Bond Counsel
- General Counsel
- Special Counsel-Construction
- Special Counsel- Eminent Domain, Environmental Matters, and New Jersey Transit/
Koppers Litigation
- Special Counsel-Enforcement
- Special Counsel-Lobbyist
- Special Counsel-Redevelopment
- Special Counsel-Solid Waste and Energy Related Projects and Financing
- Special Counsel-Labor
- Responses should address the general criteria and mandatory minimum criteria for the position sought. All responses will be treated as confidential and reviewed only by the governing body, unless otherwise required by law. Responses must be received at the offices of the Hudson County Improvement Authority, 830 Bergen Avenue, 9th Floor, Jersey City, New Jersey 07306 Attn: Chief Executive Officer no later than 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 3, 2024. Responses will be reviewed by a Review Committee and all appointments will be announced at a public meeting. Unless otherwise noted, appointments shall be for a one year period and subject to the execution of an appropriate contract.
