- Architectural and Engineering Services Related to Maintenance, Improvement and Construction of Existing and Proposed Parking Facilities
- Auditing Services
- Computer Software/Website Design/Social Media/Maintenance Related Services
- Consulting Engineers
- Consulting Engineers-Geotechnical, Environmental and Construction Materials Testing Services
- Construction Monitor & Advisor /Owner Representative/Clerk of the Works
- Public Information and Community Relation Services
- Energy Assessment/Environmental Assessment Management Services
- Financial Consultants
- Insurance Consulting Services/Risk Management
- MWBE/DBE/SBE/VBE/XBE Opportunity, Workforce Monitoring & Consulting
- Pooled Loan Administrator and Special Project Auditing
- Responses should address the general criteria and mandatory minimum criteria for the position sought. All responses will be treated as confidential and reviewed only by the governing body, unless otherwise required by law. Responses must be received at the offices of the Hudson County Improvement Authority, 830 Bergen Avenue, 9th Floor, Jersey City, New Jersey 07306 Attn: Chief Executive Officer no later than 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 3, 2024. Responses will be reviewed by a Review Committee and all appointments will be announced at a public meeting. Unless otherwise noted, appointments shall be for a one-year period and subject to the execution of an appropriate contract.
