Due to the continuing State of Emergency regarding COVID-19 and related health and safety protocols, the Opening of Sealed Price Proposals received in response to the Request for Proposals for a Design-Build Developer of Hudson County Guarini Justice Complex by the Hudson County Improvement Authority (the “Authority”) scheduled for Friday July 31, 2020 at 11:00 am will be conducted via the Zoom virtual webinar service at the scheduled date and time. The Authority’s offices and board room located at 830 Bergen Avenue, 9th Floor, Jersey City, will be closed to respondents and the public for the opening. Respondents and the public may view the opening by following these instructions:
