SPECIAL BOARD MEETING – Wednesday April 1, 2020 at 5:00 p.m.
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:4-1 et. seq.
TAKE NOTICE, that a Special Board Meeting of the Hudson County Improvement Authority (Authority) has been scheduled for Wednesday, April 1 2020 at 5:00 p.m. in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-1 et seq., and pursuant to the Governor of New Jersey’s Executive Order 103. Due to the ongoing State of Emergency regarding COVID-19 (coronavirus), the Authority offices located at 830 Bergen Avenue – 9th Floor, Jersey City, New Jersey are CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC AND CLOSED TO NONESSENTIAL STAFF. The meeting will be conducted remotely, via telephone and internet conference technology. The public is directed to the Authority website www.hcia.org for live public access to the meeting stream and directions for public comment.
