WHEREAS, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:4-1 et seq., known as the Open Public Meetings Act (the Act), the Board of Commissioners (the Board) of the Hudson County Improvement Authority (the Authority) at its 2023 Annual Reorganization Meeting adopted, published and disseminated to the public a schedule of regular meetings to be held during the calendar year 2023-2024; and
WHEREAS, the Board wishes to revise the remaining schedule to reflect a change in the date of the next monthly meeting to now be scheduled on: Thursday, September 7, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. with appropriate notice to the public pursuant to Section 10:4-18 of the Act; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Hudson County Improvement Authority, as follows:

1. Meetings are open to the public on ZoomGov virtual meeting or similar technology and hosted from Authority’s Board Room located at 830 Bergen Avenue, 9th Floor, Jersey City, New Jersey; and
2. Instructions and links for access to each meeting for public viewing and public participation may be found at the Authority’s Website: www.hcia.org including information regarding the opportunity for written public comment and comments utilizing ZoomGov virtual meeting or similar technology; and
3. This Board shall conduct such other or additional meetings as the public business may require, provided notice of said meetings is disseminated as provided by law; and
4. Attached hereto is a Revised Schedule of Regular and Caucus Meetings adopted and published which will be hosted in the Authority’s Board Room and conducted via ZoomGov virtual meeting or similar technology as it appears on the Authority’s Website: www.hcia.org for the period 2023-2024 or until further notice.
5. The Assistant Secretary of this Board shall post and disseminate notice of said schedule of meetings, as required by the Act.
