At the April 7, 2026, Special Board Meeting the HUDSON COUNTY IMPROVEMENT AUTHORITY in the County of Hudson, State of New Jersey has awarded a Contract by fair and open process for professional services pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 and N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5, et seq.
The Contract and the Resolution authorizing are on file and available for public inspection in the Offices of the Clerk of the County Commissioners and in the Office of this Authority between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. daily except Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
